Position Details:
- Monthly Stipend: R 7,000.00
- Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in Public Finance and Accounting/ Accounting/ Supply Chain Management or similar field with a minimum aggregate of 65%.
- Level 4 CIPS Qualification advantageous.
- Computer literacy essential.
- No prior work experience required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Procurement processes through quotation systems.
- Sourcing suppliers from Central Supplier Database.
- Evaluation of price quotations.
- Conducting market research for products and services.
- Compiling and submitting Annual procurement plans.
- Participating in tender process management.
- Assisting with bid management.
- Inventory and contract management.
- Assistance with expenditure trend analysis.
- Drafting reports and compliance management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recently graduated with no work experience.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to write effectively for public consumption.
