Applicant Requirements:
- South African Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID.
- Age Criteria: Ages between 18 and 34 (youth) with no criminal record.
- Education: Grade 12 certificate required.
- Employment Status: Currently unemployed and not studying full-time.
- Learnership Status: Not participating in any other learnership programme.
- Commitment: Full commitment to the 12-month learnership programme.
- Skills: Passion for customer service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in English.
- Assessments: Ability to complete formative and summative assessments as part of the Portfolio of Evidence (POE).
