Applicant Requirements:

  • South African Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID.
  • Age Criteria: Ages between 18 and 34 (youth) with no criminal record.
  • Education: Grade 12 certificate required.
  • Employment Status: Currently unemployed and not studying full-time.
  • Learnership Status: Not participating in any other learnership programme.
  • Commitment: Full commitment to the 12-month learnership programme.
  • Skills: Passion for customer service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in English.
  • Assessments: Ability to complete formative and summative assessments as part of the Portfolio of Evidence (POE).
