Position: Personal/Executive Assistant
Location: Pretoria
Contract: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide indispensable administrative and coordination support to the Deputy Executive Secretary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication channels.
  • Optimize the CEO’s schedule and ensure efficient time management.
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and office operations with precision.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements seamlessly.
  • Handle personal tasks for the CEO, integrating them seamlessly with professional duties.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • NQF 6 in Secretarial or Office Administration or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Executive Personal Assistant or Senior Administration roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and related applications.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Bonus points for proficiency in Portuguese, Arabic, and/or French.
  • Experience in an international organization with cross-border stakeholder engagement.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Package & Remuneration:
