Qualifications and Skills:
Essential:
- National Senior Certificate/Matric or equivalent.
- 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, and key accounts.
Advantageous:
- Relevant tertiary education.
- Experience in the industry.
Main Purpose of the Job:
As an Area Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind promoting, selling, and marketing our full product service offering in the North-West region, including Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp, and Rustenburg. Your focus will be on the “Trading, Retail, and Informal market sector,” where you’ll:
- Build the Deli brand and establish a competitive business platform.
- Ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues and profitability.
- Forge key customer relationships and establish commercial trading platforms.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Revive lost clients and implement strategies for business revival.
- Actively explore new opportunities to expand our market reach.
Scope of the Job:
Your role as an Area Manager is pivotal in driving the growth and success of Deli Spices in the North-West region. With your expertise in sales, relationship management, new business development, marketing, and key accounts, you’ll be instrumental in propelling our business forward.
